Overview of Classes

Ortho-Bionomy: A Practical Manual by Kathy Kain with Jim Berns is recommended for all hands-on classes. You can purchase it through the SOBI website bookstore, your local bookstore, or on Amazon.com. There may be copies available for purchase at in-person classes; please inquire of your instructors if you are interested.
In-Person Safety Practices
Due to the Instructors’ health histories, we are extra cautious about possible contagions, particularly anything respiratory. N95 masks (or equivalent) will be worn during class and can be provided upon request. If you have any health symptoms the day of class, please contact the school or the class coordinator right away. You may be able to get a full refund or credit for a future class if you need to stay home. While we cannot create a zero-risk environment, we trust our students to help us to keep everyone as safe as possible in the classroom. Please contact the instructor if you would like to discuss this further.
Online Class Information
When taking our hands-on classes online, we require a practice partner to give credit through the Society of Ortho-Bionomy International® (SOBI) or NCBTMB. Please inquire about non-credit audit options if you wish to take the online class but can not provide a practice partner for the entire class.
Please be sure to review the SOBI online class policy before registering, if you want to receive SOBI credit for any of our online classes. If you have any questions about an online class and your SOBI Training Program, please speak with your advisor.
