Chapman's Reflexes: an Ortho-Bionomy Two-Point Connection Approach
November 7-8
Ashland, OR
9am-6pm
Class Description
Chapman’s Reflexes are a system of reflexive neurolymphatic points that can balance the organs and endocrine systems and can have an effect on the structural balance of the body.
In this class, we use Ortho-Bionomy principles and subtle, gentle touch to work with these points in a way that prioritizes comfort and safety and can give surprisingly profound results. We will practice pairs of points for the kidneys/adrenals, upper & lower lungs, colon, groin glands, thyroid, and cerebellar/cerebral congestion, as well as getting comfortable with how to use the book as a reference in order to work with any pair of points in the body.
The required book An Endocrine Interpretation of Chapman’s Reflexes, by Charles Owens (Frank Chapman’s brother in law), maps out Frank Chapman’s 1920 discoveries. The book can be purchased at the SOBI bookstore www.ortho-bionomy.org or on Amazon and is available in more than one edition. If you have any questions please be in touch.
The founder of Ortho-Bionomy, Arthur Lincoln Pauls, found Chapman’s Reflex Points to be so important that he included them in the requirements for the Practitioner and Advanced Practitioner Training Programs of the Society of Ortho-Bionomy International® (SOBI).
Pre-requisite: One 16 hour hands-on Ortho-Bionomy Phase 5 class, or Instructor approval. One additional 16 hour hands-on Ortho-Bionomy Phase 4 class recommended.
This class is NCBTMB approval pending.
