Class Description
Langer Lines are a network of collagen fibers in the skin. Langer lines can profoundly prepare for Phase 4 work. In this two-day class you will first learn the basics of how to palpate and connect to these lines, how to bracket them, and recognize power lines, ladders, and rings. On the second day, you will learn how to connect the horizontal and vertical lines affecting postural patterns, how to use the broad network in the body, and how to prepare and integrate the body with scar & visceral work.
Pre-requisite: One 16-hour Phase 4 class
